Shyam Modi ACA, MNAEA Owner / Founder

Shyam is the Founder and Managing Director of Modi’s, a Residential Sales and Lettings Agency specialising in the area of North London. Shyam’s interest in property started from a young age as his first job was as a lettings negotiator and administrator at a local agency. This sparked great interest in the world of property as Shyam has gone on to successfully invest in property in the North London area.

The Agency has been created in order to offer a more flexible, affordable, quality service to the traditional services provided by current agents. Shyam is a fully qualified accountant (ACA) as well as an experienced property professional. As an experienced professional, Shyam is a member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and holds a level 3 qualification in The Sale of Residential Property.

Shyam’s typical Sunday usually starts with a run or bicycle route followed by breakfast with family and catching up with friends. To balance out the exercise, a visit to the pub can occasionally be expected.

Kishan Modi

Kishan Modi Co-owner, Sales Director

Having graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Economics from Brunel University, Kishan has the necessary skills to manage a large portfolio of clients. As Sales Director, he is primarily responsible for providing professional and reliable advice to customers across the sales and valuation process. Our mission statement is to provide an ongoing level of service even after the sale has proceeded so he will cater for all your needs and maintain a long-term relationship. With over 7 years of experience across Investment Banking, Kishan is key to managing strategic fiscal planning and implementing a long-term growth strategy for the company.

Kishan enjoys spending a couple of hours at the golf range during his free time. During the summer months, he likes to go on adventurous hikes and experience nature trails across the country.

Amit Ruparel

Amit Ruparel Strategy and Planning Director

Amit is a key member of Modi’s providing strategic support. Having over 15 years experience managing an extensive family lettings portfolio, he has a vast amount of knowledge in the Real Estate industry. Amit is always up to date with legislation and has a great network of contractors. Having had a successful career in finance, Amit is key to the strategic approach adopted by Modi’s.

In his spare time, Amit loves to go to social events. He’s a huge cricket fan and you can expect to see him at most International fixtures.

Bansari Ruparel

Bansari RuparelLettings and Process Management Director

Bansari graduated from Kingston University with a Upper Second Class degree in Psychology and Criminology. Her role is key in the Process and Lettings Management team. Currently working in HR, she brings a great deal of knowledge and skill to the team. Bansari will ensure you are always in the loop, her keen eye for detail will mean you’ll never miss a thing!

Bansari enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves being in the kitchen cooking up something tasty!
